Ethic's evolution
The Center's beginnings go back to 1972, when founder and driving force Cal
Scott began teaching classes for potential home buyers and sellers. This
highly successful program evolved into the nationally recognized Washington
Community Housing Network (WCHN), a federally approved non-profit
organization.
The WCHN was awarded the National Partnership in Housing Award in 1997
as one of the top six homeownership education and counseling organizations
in the nation.
Ethic's programs have helped over 45,000 individuals and families realize
their dream of home/property ownership during the last eighteen years.
